Vicki Schrader, 58, of Greeley, passed away at her home on June 28, 2019 in Greeley, Colorado. Vicki went to sleep on earth and woke up in the arms of her Heavenly Father hearing; “Well done, good and faithful servant”.
She was born to Lynn and Barbara (Stephens) Salser on May 19, 1961 in San Jose, California. The family moved back to Greeley when Vicki was a young girl. Vicki graduated from Greeley Central High School in 1979.
Vicki married the love of her life, Scott Schrader on June 4, 1993.
Vicki loved and enjoyed traveling, especially to Mexico. She enjoyed camping and reading. Above all, she loved her family, faith and her Bible.
Vicki worked in the banking industry for roughly 37 years and lastly at North Range Behavioral Health, as Operations Manager. She loved helping others!
Vicki recently returned from Guatemala, where she served on her first mission trip to Casa Angelina Orphanage and Land of Hope which is next to the dump where people live. Vicki loved playing with the kids and working on the jobs that were assigned to our team. When she returned home she told Scott that she wanted to sell everything that she has and give to others who are less fortunate.
Vicki is survived by her husband; children, Nicholas Schrader, Sage (Gilbert) Martinez and Matthew (Brittany) Decker; grandchild, Dylan Decker; her father; brother, Michael Salser and several nephews and nieces.
Vicki was preceded in death by her mother and brother, Kevin.
Memorial contribution in Vicki Schrader’s name can be made out to “Generations Church” in care of Adamson Life Celebration Home, 2000 47th Avenue, Greeley, Colorado 80634.
Memorial graveside will be held at 10 am at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Greeley, with a Life Celebration Memorial service at 11 am at Generations Church, 3600 W 22nd Street in Greeley, both on Friday July 12, 2019.
