From the moment we walked in the door until the day we picked up the cremation remains. Nathan was absolutely wonderful. He was very kind, caring, not forceful understanding. Listen precisely to what we needed. Helped us through the process beyond our expectations. The home is beautiful. I would recommend Nathan and Adamson's 100%. From the moment we walked into their beautiful facility we were welcomed with smiles and opened arms. Rick was very professional and compassionate as he helped us navigate the process of having my dad’s body transferred to San Francisco. He made sure that all the ducks were in a row and that we clearly understood each part of the process. We felt that he went above and beyond. He truly made the process seamless.
