Jesus was born on April 2, 1933, to Jesus Sandoval and Cleofitas Medina of San Juan, Balleza, Mexico. He grew up in San Juan and as a young boy, he handmade tops to sell for profit. In 1970, he moved to the colorful state of Colorado where he raised his family.
Jesus overcame the odds of a poor kid from a small village in Mexico and lived a long, wonderful life in the U.S. Some of Jesus’s hobbies included: playing the guitar with his buddies. Building things, home improvement projects. He also mastered some amazing cooking skills that included his famous red chili(Asado), tamales, fresh salsas and Menudo.
