Obituary of Diane Garcia

In Loving Memory of Diane Garcia Greeley, Colorado - Diane Garcia, a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and cherished member of the Greeley community, passed away on September 22, 2023, at the age of 64. She was born on August 13, 1959, and departed this world surrounded by her family. Diane was a devoted mother of three, survived by her beloved husband, Socorro Garcia. She leaves behind her sons, Daniel Garcia and Jeremy Garcia, along with her cherished daughter-in-laws, Kaycee (Berry) Garcia and Terri Jaramillo. Diane was the proud mother of Lisa Garcia, who preceded her in death. She is also survived by her mother, Linda Sendejo, and her loving siblings: Anna Aldava-Chavez, Virginia (Ron) Sendejo, Susie (Abel) Salazar, Richard (Dolores) Muñoz, Robert Muñoz, and Ruben Sendejo. Diane was preceded in death by her father, Gregorio Sendejo, and her brother, Raul Muñoz. Diane was a doting grandmother to Shaylee Garcia, Jax Garcia, and Sonny Garcia, who brought immeasurable joy to her life. Her family meant the world to her, and she relished every moment spent with her children and grandchildren. In addition to her devotion to family, Diane was a pillar of faith in the Catholic Church, finding solace, guidance, and strength in her spiritual journey. She dedicated countless hours to her church community, exemplifying her unwavering commitment to her faith. Diane's compassionate heart extended beyond her family and faith. For 40 years, she served as a dedicated healthcare professional at Sunrise Clinic, where her caring nature touched the lives of countless patients. Her selflessness and dedication to helping others left an indelible mark on the community she served. Among her many passions in life, Diane enjoyed shopping, attending sporting events, and watching her beloved novellas. However, her most treasured moments were those spent with her family, creating lasting memories that will be cherished for generations to come. In 1984, Diane married the love of her life, Socorro Garcia, in a union that stood as a testament to their enduring love and commitment. Their journey together was marked by love, laughter, and a deep connection that will continue to inspire those who knew them. Diane Garcia's warm smile, kind heart, and unwavering love for her family, faith, and community will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her memory will forever live on in the hearts of her loved ones, and her legacy will continue through the bonds she nurtured, the lives she touched, and the love she shared. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:00a.m. Tuesday, October 3, 2023 at St. Mary Catholic Church.  Visitation will be 4:00p.m. – 6:00p.m. Monday, October 2, 2023 followed by the Recitation of the Rosary at 6:00p.m. at Adamson Life Celebration Home.  Interment at Sunset Memorial Gardens. May she rest in eternal peace, forever remembered and loved.
